E-Forms Library

In addition to payroll and tax form processing,  CIC Plus allows you to automate the processes for other employee forms online. Forget about those thick employee packets of paper or tracking down annual policy sign-off sheets.

CIC Plus will work with yout to create interactive electronic versions of paper forms. The system will manage and streamline the forms process allowing you to eliminate paper, and redundant processes completed by your payroll and human resources departments.

Client specific forms can be made electronic with fields for required employee information. Forms are then digitally signed by your employee and time and date stamped. Each form is available in a PDF format, noting the digital signature of the employee. Take advantage of employee access throughout the year and current records and forms.
